New Aurora Video + Custom Hoodie Updates

Hello everyone and HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2022 is going to be an amazing year for Cheat Happens as it will bring about several new changes to both how we make and distribute trainers through our AIO to a newly designed and re-written website and more that we can't talk about quite yet or our competition will steal it just like they already stole our design for our unreleased AIO using the screenshots we provided to our Kickstarter backers. But that's ok, we are used to those guys stealing every new and existing feature we come up with, it just happens when you are on top. BTW, we are re-designing our AIO homepage but will NOT be releasing a mock-up or in-app footage of it until the app is released due to reasons previously mentioned. It will still have the same functionality and then some, so don't you guys worry, we're just making a fresh version of it to mix up the competition a bit. Those that pledged at least $10 either here or through our Backerkit store will get early access to our AIO, dubbed Aurora by Kickstarter backers. We are anticipating that release later this month.

Those without access to the AIO message board can still get it by purchasing $100 or more in our Backerkit store, linked above. We have added several new items to the store that were not available during our Kickstarter campaign. You guys might want to check it out if you haven't visited it recently. Please do allow 24-48 hours for your orders to be processed however as it's not instantaneous and has to go through quality control and survey gathering before it gets passed on to us for fulfillment.
Lastly, we finally got ALL of the CUSTOM t-shirts and hoodies shipped out this week so if you had a custom design, be on the lookout for your shipment within the next 7-14 days.
We're getting closer guys. Will post more videos and screenshots as we have them ready in-app ahead of our beta release.

Survey Deadline + Rewards Available

Hey everyone, all of us at Cheat Happens hope that you had a happy holiday and we wanted to share a couple of things with you.
First of all, the DEADLINE for completing your Kickstarter/Backerkit surveys so that we may get your rewards to you is DECEMBER 31, 2021. There are still *264* people that have not completed their survey. Are you missing rewards (except for shirt/hoodie delivery) from your pledge? This is likely the reason why. Please check your SPAM folder for anything from Kickstarter or Backerkit. If necessary, you can Direct Message me (please do NOT post in the comments on this update) and I can re-trigger your survey so that it goes out again. We just don't want anyone to miss out on getting their rewards.

Due to some people backing out of the project (along with their pledges), we have re-opened our Backerkit Store for a short 3-day window. This includes four new mock-up screens and a video of actual in-app footage so you can see how the app is progressing. We will soon begin collecting your valuable feedback regarding the MESSAGE BOARD integration for the app so watch for that on the same AIO board.

A Quick Update and Happy Holidays

Just got back from my much-needed short vacation so I thought I would share an update with everyone before the holiday.
First of all, we are still processing those people that had a "Lifetime Membership for You or a Friend". It's taking an extremely long time to process each one of these and track down which people wanted it for themselves versus a friend versus gifting it to someone random versus holding onto it until sometime down the road, etc. All I can say is that we are doing our best and we are working through the holidays to try and get them out as quickly as possible.
Second, there was a bit of a snafu with the shipping of some of the shirts/hoodies. Somewhere in all the chaos, a small handful of orders were sent to the wrong people. If you were one of the people affected, please email me at [email protected] and we will get the correct order replaced for you, no extra charge of course, and you may keep whatever you received to give to a friend or relative. We sincerely apologize for those that got the wrong item.
Third, stragglers. We have approximately 293 people that have yet to fill out their surveys. Please note that the deadline for filling out surveys is December 31, 2021. After that time, we cannot promise that any further rewards will be processed. Once again, if you have NOT received a survey or especially if you have not received any of the rewards that HAVE been processed, please contact me here via DM (not in the comments below) or by email at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Update on Rewards

OK, so our goal was to get all of the rewards handed out by December 18th, which was a very lofty goal, especially with our tiny team working on about 15,000 rewards in a week's time. While we did manage to get the majority of the rewards passed out, there are still a few that need to be done. Primarily the "Lifetime Membership for You or a Friend". With this being a free text answer, we were not able to script it and so we have to go into each one manually (over 700) and then apply the chosen reward to the right person or donate it to our second chance giveaway if that is what was chosen. This is going to take a bit of time to process as we also have vacations coming up over the upcoming week leading up to Christmas. But trust that we will be working day and night to try and get as many of these done as possible before people leave for a much-needed holiday.
Please note that if you purchased the +50 or +100 new avatars either as an addon or a part of your Tier, you should be able to access them through your user settings in your Cheat Happens Dashboard. Click the cogwheel in the top right corner, then choose Select Avatar, scroll to the bottom and then choose Exclusive Avatars.
The majority of the shirts and hoodies have been shipped out and we have already heard back from many users that they have already received them.
We also sent out the RC stretch goals as promised.
Please note that we still have 362 people that have not filled out their survey yet. The deadline is Dec 31st, after which we cannot guarantee that you will receive any rewards.
For some of the rewards such as the Special Thanks and Shoutouts, this information will be used at a later date as we get closer to the release of the AIO.
Thanks to everyone for your patience, we are definitely doing the best we can, and everyone WILL receive all the rewards they are entitled to, one way or another, I will see to that.

We Need More Info / Day of Giving 2021

Hey everyone,
A quick update as we have worked our way through a ton of the surveys and marked backers for pre-fulfillment. Here are a few things we are coming across:
1. No survey completed. Right now approximately 87% of backers have completed their survey. Please note that the DEADLINE for completing your survey is December 31st. After that we cannot promise that you will receive any of your rewards. So, please fill out those surveys and if you have NOT received one by now, please check your SPAM folder or email me ([email protected]) and I can re-trigger it to be sent or simply collect the necessary info via email.
2. No CH Alias or UserID provided. Remember, this is the ONLY way we can tie your Kickstarter/Backerkit account to your Cheat Happens account. Failing to provide this info means we cannot process your rewards. Very important!
3. We have processed/shipped around 300 shirts/hoodies so far. The poor people at SpreadShirt didn't know what hit them and I even got a letter from them asking WTF?! But during the ordering process, we have come across a couple of issues. Either the color that you chose is not available in your size or your size is not available at all. Right now we are skipping these and will come back to them in a week or so to let them replenish stock. So, some shirt/hoodie orders may be delayed for this reason. If still not in stock next week then we will likely order the closest color to the one you chose and/or the closest size we can get.
4. Those people that have ordered completely custom shirts/hoodies, please note that these take the longest to process as we have to make the shirts from scratch, get them approved by SpreadShirt and then finally ordered and shipped. I would not expect to receive these until sometime in mid-to-late January for this reason.
I wanted to remind everyone that our yearly "Day of Giving" in coming up this Saturday, December 18, 2021. For those unaware, this is our year end live giveaway where we typically give out around $40,000 worth of prizes to those in attendance. It typically lasts about 3 hours. Prizes range from free game keys, Reward Credits (RC), Wheelspins, Membership Upgrades, Shirts, Hoodies, Backpacks, Hats, Laptop Bags and more. Many of these items have been donated by the CH community and others are provided by us. You MUST be present to win. If we have any prizes left over then we have a second chance drawing which does not require you to be present. We are still shooting to get all rewards handed out by the 18th, but we might miss it by a few days due to the lack of people helping to process the rewards. Remember, we are still just in PRE-FULFILLMENT. No rewards other than shirts/hoodies have gone out yet. These will be run by scripts all at once based on your Tier, add-ons, etc. So, please don't be concerned if you have not received your rewards by this time. Each and every person will get all of the rewards promised one way or another, it just might take a little extra time due to staffing and the overwhelming amount of rewards to process. So, please have mercy on our souls as we do our very best to process these as quickly as possible.
PS -- My family and I will be on vacation from Dec 20th thru 23rd. This has been scheduled since the Summer. I will not be available via email during this time unless it's some kind emergency. The site will continue to function normally and others on the team will still be available. Just know that anything that typically gets kicked to me will be delayed by a few days.
