Important Info on Fulfillment - Please Read

Hey everyone, now that all of the surveys have gone out and we have also had a lot come back in, we are ready for "PRE-FULFILLMENT". What this means is that we are going to RECORD in our system each person's rewards, Tier level if applicable, add-ons, shirt/hoodie selections, etc. In order to help us keep up with those that have already been added to our system, we will be marking your status as FULFILLED in Kickstarter/Backerkit. Please note that this does NOT mean that your rewards/order items have been added to your account or shipped out. We are processing the shirts/hoodies manually and those will be ordered over the next 9 days or so. Once we have a good number of those in pre-fulfillment, we will be running scripts to add the appropriate rewards to your account so that we don't have to process each person manually. You should notice once you receive your rewards on the site and we will TRY and implement a system to send you a PM to also let you know. We just didn't want everyone that has seen their order marked as fulfilled to think that they should have received all rewards at that time. This was the best and fastest way to get everyone their rewards with our extremely small team working on this project.
A couple of other things:
1. Those that are getting the shirts/hoodies, please note that the survey only goes up to LARGE, but we can actually order up to 5XL on either item so feel free to email me per the survey if you need a larger size and we will be happy to accommodate.
2. We actually received several boxes of our "Special Edition" hoodies which have the CH logo (no slogan) on the left shoulder/breast instead of large and centered like is in the CH store. However, we do only have S/M/L, but if you would like to get one of these please drop me an email at [email protected] and we will do our best to get you one until we run out.
3. I have a couple new screens to share of the app which I will try and get posted on our All-in-One message board later today, so please keep a look out for those if you are following our progress on the app.
4. If for any reason you would like to decline any rewards for any reason, we will be happy to donate those to our upcoming Day of Giving giveaway where they will go to those in need of an upgraded membership or that are lucky enough to win a shirt/hoodie, etc. Just let us know if you would like to donate any items once you have completed your survey.
5. Lastly, I just want to reiterate that there are only a very small handful of people tasked with working on the reward fulfillment and we have a TON of things to fulfill so please bear with us as we work tirelessly each day processing those and some will take longer than others.
I can't think of anything else right now. If you have received your survey, please try and get that completed as soon as possible so your rewards are not delayed. Also note that shipping on the shirts/hoodies will vary depending on where you live, so please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Also, we have no way of knowing or paying any customs fees that your country might charge. Please keep that in mind. Thanks!

Once again, I wanted to share my sincerest thank you to everyone that backed this project and continue to back it to this day with additional add-ons via Backerkit. We love you guys.
Second, there has been a bit of confusion surrounding what I like to refer to as the "too many Lifetimes in one question" question. Those at the $500 level or higher. You get two different flavors of Lifetime. One is a Lifetime upgrade IF you need it followed then by a Lifetime of Lifetime PLUS added onto it. If you do not need the Lifetime upgrade then you may choose to gift it to a friend, turn it into one year of Lifetime PLUS for a friend or simply donate it to our upcoming "Day of Giving" where it will be gifted to a Free, Monthly or Yearly member. Also, if you would like to simply hold onto it for now, you can do that too and then use it at a later date, just drop me a line at [email protected] and we will record that information in our books.
Up next, surveys. They started going out on Monday and were still going out as of a few minutes ago and they were about half-way done. They are going out slowly so as to not trip any ISP's spam protection system and bounce them back. This also gives us a little bit of time to process those that have gone out and record the information coming back in. It's difficult to determine when all of the surveys will have gone out, but I would expect definitely by Friday. So, if you have not received one by Saturday, please email and let me know and I will either re-trigger the survey for you or simply collect the necessary info by email and make sure you get onto the rewards list, whichever will help you get the reward(s) the fastest.
For everyone that is sending in their shirt/hoodie info to my email address as instructed on one of the survey questions, please know that all of these are indeed being recorded and will then be processed in the order in which they were received. It will take many days to process the large volume coming in and you should not expect a reply to your original message until your order has been completely processed unless you were asking a question, or if we had a question about your e-mail. If you don't get a response back then it means you should be good to go once we get to processing the shirts and hoodies, some of which we have on hand and others which will be custom ordered and shipped to you directly by SpreadShirt. Both should take about the same amount of time depending on where you live.
Lastly, all of this has been a bit overwhelming for me and my helper as we didn't expect such a fantastic response to our initial goal of reaching $11,000. However, if you are ever in doubt about anything, you are welcome to reach out to me privately on here, via email (above) or by PM on Cheat Happens and I will get back to you just as soon as possible.
Again, thank you to everyone, we appreciate both your pledge and your patience as we work towards not only fulfilling all of the promised rewards, but also work hard on delivering you an out-of-this-world AIO product in the form of Cheat Happens Aurora. More updates as I get them along with more screens and videos of this work-in-progress in action.

App Moving Along Nicely - Rewards Going Out Soon

Hey everyone, sorry for the delay in an update, holidays and everything kinda got in the way, plus I was waiting to finish a short video before posting another update.
First of all, app production is moving along very nicely. We have completed a good portion of the app, just need to apply the finalized graphics to it so we can show you more. Secure login working. Offline key implementation done. Many AIO scripts already uploaded to site (over 100 so far). Achievements being implemented.
For those with access to our AIO message board on the site, I have uploaded a short teaser video of the loading/splash screen and login screen. Note that we have added new Windows 11 features such as Mica effect and the Window snap/arrange. Also, the official logo for Aurora has been finalized and shown. Access that link here:

Second, surveys for Kickstarter backers and Backerkit customers have gone out to a few people in order to test the process. Full list should go out on Monday, Dec 6th. Once surveys start coming back to us, we will start processing rewards, beginning with the top tiers and working our way down. We are trying our best to get all rewards passed out by Dec 18th. Please note that we have around 3,000 backers and it will take 15-30 mins per backer to apply rewards depending on how many different things were included/purchased. That's around 1,100 hours. That is on top of our daily work which already consumes up to 17 hours per day, per person. We will be doing our best and splitting up the list among a few people.

Also, we are still awaiting our funds from Kickstarter as well as Backerkit. Once those hit the bank then we will immediately begin handing out all rewards. We hope to have all rewards passed out by Dec 18th.
Also, we did meet two levels of STRETCH GOALS and so all of those things will also be handed out along with the other rewards. I will update everyone here once we begin issuing rewards. Thanks!
PS -- We HOPE to have a working prototype of the app in early January for those that backed the project. When we have a more firm release date, I will update everyone.

Please note that we stop taking orders on December 1st so that we make sure we get all rewards sent out before the Dec 18th Day of Giving. So, please take advantage of this unique offer before it's gone forever.
Also, for those that have asked, Kickstarter has begun processing your pledges and once we get that money deposited into our account, we will begin handing out rewards and Backerkit will contact you with a survey to collect all pertinent information such as your CH Alias, shirt size, color, shipping address, etc. So, please have patience as we go through this process. It's new for us so we are learning the ropes of how it all works and Kickstarter is not all that clear on everything. Everyone WILL get everything promised to them individually and as a whole as a part of our stretch goals. We hope and expect to have all rewards handed out before our Dec 18th Day of Giving.
